Work Timings – Monday to Friday (9 hours flexible timing)

Compensation – 12 to 15 LPA

Job Description

– Lead a team of 7-8 creative designers and motion graphic experts while reporting to the Creative Director/ Vice President of Strategy

– Create compelling creative ideas, which are on-brand yet still push the envelope

– Proactively lead initiatives or programs that map to current brand campaigns

– Own the projects and seek out solutions that are truly insightful, innovative, and beautiful

– Deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and keep the bar high for all projects, big and small

– Be able to articulate the pros and cons of a proposed design change, quickly synthesize feedback from multiple team members and stakeholders, and propose key design solutions in a timely fashion

– Serve as the main point of contact for a particular project across multiple disciplines; partnering with multiple disciplines to get the job done

– Integrate strategies to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across a variety of touchpoints, including but not limited to social and digital

– Inspire, enable, and help cultivate a culture of innovation, curiosity, and creativity

– Lead and empathetically manage internal and external agency teams

– Know the design process inside and out and communicate with stakeholders about all aspects of digital design

– Able to respond to tasks flexibly with a positive, can-do attitude

– Conceive and execute smart, thoughtful work that meets business requirements

– Demonstrate equal strength in conceptual skills and visual craftsmanship

– Keep abreast of current cultural and digital trends, platforms, and practices

– Constantly elevate the quality of creative ideas and execution, and look for scalable solutions that can be implemented globally

Required Skills

-6+ years experience with background and education in Art Direction/Design in agencies and in-house alike.

-Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, color, and design principles

-Leadership: You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and high growth startups. You lead with a growth mindset and are a master of execution and strategic leadership. You can collaborate with our partners across orgs and build relationships to help get the job done well. Your communication skills can be adapted across all teams to help bring others along on our adventure. Proven track record of leading other designers successfully.

-Innovation and Craftsmanship: You can guide in-house designers and external agencies to the perfect new way to tell a story while staying focused on the strategy and aligned with our overall ecosystem and brand.

-Scale and Organization: Demonstrate experience with, and ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced, oft-changing environment while keeping an eye on the big picture and top priorities.

Proactively manage yours, and the team’s, time. Always consider global rollouts and not just the needs of the local team.

-Able to adhere to, track, and find opportunities to evolve visual brand guidelines

-Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite required, Figma and Canva a plus

-Other Tools: PowerPoint required, Excel a plus

-Hands-on motion graphics/animation experience
